I will teach proper form and keep sessions varied,

About Jamie...
I've been a trainer for 7 years receiving my NASM
certification through New York Sports Club in 2002. I've also received
an MFA from Rutgers University studying extensively Alexander Technique,
a 4 year college lacrosse player as well as a 1st degree brown belt
in Tae Kwon Doe.
Since moving Los Angeles in 2004 I began working
with highly respected chiropractor Dr. Michele Longoria focusing
on alignment, precision training and rehabilitation techniques.
My technique has formed into a highly specific training to each
individual client. Clients have gained more energy, muscle mass,
dramatic and consistent weight loss, flexibility and are working
in a pain free way. |
